What file formats do you support?+

Primavera P6 XER exports (.xer). Export your schedule from P6 as an XER file and drop it in.

Do you store my schedule data?+

No. Single-file analysis runs entirely in your browser, and comparison files are processed and never stored. Your project data stays yours.

What's the difference between Lite and Pro comparison?+

Lite gives you instant comparison intelligence in your browser — completion-date delta, critical-path changes, added/removed activities, float changes, and a DCMA previous-to-current quality trend. Pro runs the full forensic engine: a 23-tab Excel workbook with longest path, S-curves, relationship analysis, and detailed quality checks.

What is the DCMA 14-point check?+

It is the industry-standard schedule-quality assessment (logic, leads, lags, relationship types, hard constraints, high float, negative float, high duration, invalid dates, and more). Schedule Intel computes 9 of the 14 from a single file and shows each result against its DCMA threshold. The remaining checks need a baseline.

How does Schedule Intel measure project / contract duration?+

If your schedule has a Level-of-Effort (LOE) activity that tracks the overall project duration, Schedule Intel reports its remaining duration directly. If there is no such activity, the remaining duration is calculated on a 7-day calendar basis.
